You can contact the Stolz customer care team for general questions or to order additional items for your kitchen. One of our team members will be happy to help.
Due to the current unprecedented situation we have adjusted our contact procedures for our Customer Care and Aftersales, encouraging our customers to use the below contact form. This will allow us to process requests faster and allow us to prioritise vulnerable and at risk customers. We are working hard in the background to ensure that we keep our employees, customers and supply chain safe and well, we ask and hope that you understand that new queries can take up to 72 hours for us to respond to.
